Summary:

In the summer of 2020, we installed safety barriers on five tanks. The tanks are part of a refinery infrastructure located in close proximity to the sea. It was a big challenge to design and manufacture barriers adapted to the elliptical shapes of the tanks. The barriers were made of profiles produced using the pultrusion method, and as connecting elements we used screws and rivets made of acid-resistant steel. The whole was protected with polyurethane paint to further increase the railing's resistance to UV rays.
