Resources applied:

Anti-slip strips mounted with polyurethane and wood screws

Scope of work:

Delivery of materials and installation

Industry:

Public use area

Date of completion:

November 2020

Summary:

Although the wooden gangways had notches which were supposed to minimise the risk of slipping, they turned out to be dangerously slippery. The solution we proposed in this case was simple anti-slip strips mounted with polyurethane adhesive and wood screws. Without compromising on the aesthetics of the footbridge, we offered the client a durable and effective solution which will be in use for many years.
